Leslie did my Estate Plan for me. I had no idea what I needed. She took the time to explain everything, so that I understood and could make decisions that were right for me. She is knowledgeable, and caring towards people. I was anxious at the beginning. I left feeling so much better, and with my Estate Plan done and all in a Beautiful Binder with everything put in there organized. I would recommend Bottimore & Associates to anybody who needs to get an Estate Plan done!

Leslie handled my Divorce. She cares about people and has compassion for what they are going through. My Divorce was done within the 90 days, and we even had a Parenting Plan. I would recommend Bottimore & Associates to anyone looking for a Family Law Attorney.

My husband and I hired Leslie after consulting with multiple lawyers about our complicated case seeking de facto parentage of our daughter. De facto parentage is a relatively new statute, and we wanted someone who was knowledgeable about this area of the law and felt confident navigating it. It was very clear from our consultation with her that Leslie was who we needed to tackle our case. It took almost a full year to get to trial, and Leslie and her staff were very supportive, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the whole process. Leslie works tirelessly to fight for her clients. I received many messages from her well after normal office hours when she was reviewing our materials, and she was available for last minute phone calls during our multi-day trial to console us and hear urgent concerns. I can’t say enough great things about the whole team at this firm. They truly care, put time and effort into your case while utilizing your input and which direction you want to take things. My opposing side retained a bull-dog attorney who constantly filed documents against court rules (oversized pleadings, late pleadings, etc.). They even cancelled a hearing last minute after being ripped apart in an extremely well-written response by Kelley that they weren’t prepared to fight in court. She shattered their entire argument by listing their procedural errors that warranted sanctions as well as attorney fees. The Judge agreed. While Leslie is not your out-spoken bulldog in court, (i.e., interrupting the Judge and throwing around false accusations and excuses) she does care about you and looks for solutions without wasting time on numerous unnecessary filings. Attorneys are expensive, that’s not surprising, however, if you want a firm well worth your money, this is it!

I was/am having some family issues that have required me to attain legal council in the recent past, but Bottimore and Associates have always been there to help. My family issues over the last couple of years have been difficult, stressful, and sometimes left me feeling totally distraught, but Leslie and her team have really been there for me. The incredible personal attention and support was amazing. I never felt like they were in a hurry to get me off the phone, instead weather it was Leslie herself, or one of her amazing staff, they would take the time I needed to belay any concerns and sooth my fears. Frankly I am amazed at just how much time and compassion they were able to show me given what an incredibly busy office it seems to be.
