I was so embarrassed by my debt, but was drowning more and more each day I put off calling this office. From the first moment I met with him I started to feel the weight lifting a bit. The shame I had been feeling eased and I felt hopeful that things could and would get better. David was available to answer any questions I had along the way. He explained things throughly and gave step by step instructions. I can’t even stress how helpful that is! He made everything stress free. I also chose him due to the program he offers after the discharge. Mine was just discharged so I’m starting that process next. The huge weight of debt has been lifted, and I’m grateful for him helping me through all of it.

David is very thorough and helpful and made a difficult process more comfortable. His advice was solid and his communication was great. It's definitely worth meeting with him for a consultation to find out how he can help you get back on track.

I paid desmond to take care of a simple case last year and he still has not done his job. It's been 7 months since I last talked to him and now he will not return my texts or calls. He worked for me 10 years ago and did alright, so I thought hire him again to take care of a small issue, I paid him 2500 and so far he has done nothing. I'm very unhappy and feel cheated

David is a stand up guy, not a scam artist like a lot of the other bankruptcy attorneys. He advised me that that it's not in my best interest to file bankruptcy. He still offered his guide to 720 credit score for me. Starting my first lesson we'll see how it goes
