Lindsay quickly and competently dealt with a custody issue that my prior lawyer had mismanaged for months. We entered into a non parental custody situation for our grandchildren who lived in WA for 18 months. We live in CA and the children and lived here for most of their lives. My husband found Lindsay and suggested that I call her and as I was going to WA, I arranged a meeting. From the minute I met her I felt that I was in good hands. She knew the law, knew the system and has heart for the clients that she handles. We retained Lindsay within a week and the process began. To say long, scary and frustrating would be an understatement. The two states are so different in there approach and we had lots of comments, concerns and multiple, frequent questions.
