My husband was charged with a serious crime and was facing an unspecified prison sentence. We hired Benjamin and Healey Law Firm (now Vindicate). We were clearly told what it was expected to cost ($20k-$30k depending on certain factors).They took the time to explain the process and the possibilities, good or bad. These people care and will always call you back! Never felt rushed or pressured to get things done or unprepared for court. 3 1/2years and several different lawyers assigned to represent him throughout this process, his results were: *no jail time *no fines*no trial*CASE DISMISSED! AND. .We paid less then expected! Totally worth every penny!

I was referred to Attorney James Banks after talking with an acquaintance about a car accident that I had where someone rear ended me on the freeway 2 years prior. I was telling him how my 3 years statute of limitation was coming up and I would probably settle. He strongly encouraged me to talk with Mr. Banks, reminding me that the reason we have insurance is to pay for damages caused by these kinds of accidents and insurance companies do what they can to pay as little as they can to compensate. I am very grateful for his advise and I commend Attorney James Banks for the incredible job he did with negotiating a settlement for my car accident. Because of his commitment to working through all the details and gathering all the information needed and working with the courts and the other insurance company, I was able to not worry that things were being handled. In the end I received a much better settlement than I would have, had I "just settled". I realized then, how little the insurance companies care about an individual and the pain they suffer due to an accident from one of their insured drivers. Mr. Banks knows the laws and what is fair, and will do a thorough and complete job of fighting for your rights and well-being. I hope I never have another situation to need his services again but if I do, He will be the one that I call. Thanks James!

I was so stressed out until our first meeting. David Yando eased my mind and made it less stressful and scary for me. There were other places that were cheaper but I’m glad I went with my instincts.

I would highly recommend working with James Banks. The insurance company I was dealing with was giving me the eternal runaround and my case wasn't the easiest to prove. James quickly digested a lot of complex details and secured a settlement. He then advised me on the options for moving forward and went back to the insurance company and secured the projected maximum settlement. He went above and beyond for me and I could not be happier. Zero hesitations about recommending him and he will be my go-to recommend to friends and family going forward.

Absolutely Horrible….we paid Desmond $10k just to help us fight paying POST secondary child support to a money hungry, lazy ex who spends her money on Botox and hair extensions, chooses not to work, has received tens of thousands of dollars from unemployment and hasn’t made a house payment in two years! Yet still accuses us of being the bad guys. Desmond’s communication was poor to say the least - no communication for weeks - no returned phone calls or emails, adding stress to a stressful situation. Desmond pushed out our court date just to get paid more. Now we’re out $10,000 AND paying for what should have been $0…he did nothing, $10k for his stamp on a paper. We chose him based off great reviews but all must have been bogus, just like the his confidence and appearance of reassurance during the initial consultation. We hate Washington State and would NEVER refer Desmond to anyone - even if he has 40 blah, blah years of experience. To top it off, now she’s taking us back to court for it all again and asking for documents we gave Desmond multiple times, yet he never submitted to the court.

David was great to work with he made the process less stressful. He was easy to get a hold of and returned calls quickly.
