I highly recommend Cindy Wysocki as your family law attorney. After searching long and tirelessly for an attorney with no luck, I had a friend recommend I call family law attorney, Cindy Wysocki. Despite how busy she is, Cindy got me in for an appointment right away and took on my case. Cindy is incredibly passionate about her clients and fighting for their justice. I can’t express my gratitude enough for what she has done for me and my children. Cindy is very knowledgeable of her laws and she makes it a priority to explain in further detail if you don’t quite fully understand something. I feel Cindy represented me better than anybody else could because she gave me a voice when I had none. Cindy truly has a one of a kind, compassionate and honest heart. She is non-judge-mental and understanding. Cindy really pays attention and remembers every important detail. She gathers every document and puts it all together to beautifully represent your case. Most importantly Cindy fights hard for justice and what is right. I have my children today in a safe and loving home because of Cindy. I hired Sean to help navigate return to army custody after being awol for over 5 years. I had re-enlisted after an honorable discharge and was in the process of being kicked out for a U.A failure when I went AWOL. This and a few other details made my case fairly complex. Sean was upfront about the possible outcomes. He came up with a game plan and got to work. He ended up getting me the BEST possible outcome I could imagine. When I say that I’m not exaggerating. I had fully expected to be back in uniform on a base somewhere at some point but, the army proceeded me out without penalty. Sean was communicative through out. He let me know what was going on and what to expect. I really can’t recommend him enough. I’m keeping his number on speed dial that’s for sure.

Mr. Yando, very friendly. I was so apprehensive to go through this process. So embarrassed, and feeling a lot of guilt and shame. A series of events happened with my move from Utah to Washington. I borrowed 4,0000.00 from a lender to assist in my move. I loaded everything that would fit into my Dodge Ram truck. My truck broke down twice on the way. Water pump, and then the transmission. After a 1200.00 hundred dollar tow, I found myself without transportation. I lined up employment with Costco before I left Utah. I was able to work with Costco for about 4 months, public transportation and a ride acasionly. I was a seasonal employee. I was laid off. I was barley able to pay rent and my phone bill with unemployment benefits 796.00 dollars a month. I applied for food assistance. I was allowed 98.00 dollars a month for food. Bills kept coming in with no way to pay. I didn't know what to do, but if didn't do anything, I would soon be homeless, and likely just give up on life. I'm doing so much better now that I have a "fresh start". Thank you so much Mr. Yando. Sometimes situations arise that you just don't have much control over. 😃👍

Government vs Jocelyn Stewart When you are going against the government, you will need someone on your side that will fight on your behalf every step of the way. I have 19 years in the military, and I found myself in trouble which is all my fault. The government wanted to take all my retirement and VA benefits away by giving me an Other Than Honorable Discharge. I did not know who to ask for help other than my military-appointed attorney. As you know already may know, military lawyers only have so much experience as a military law officer and they are very busy. Therefore, I was not going to take the chance to possibly lose all the hard work I have done to make it this far in my career. She will relentlessly contact every possible person that may write you a character statement and do the hard work of editing to make your packet as strong as possible. Her due diligence helped me get my benefits back. Now, I can finally move forward with my life after this tough lesson I just went through.
