If you are in need of a lawyer, then in my experience you are dealing with a high level of fear, anxiety, uncertainty, and probably also unsure of where to turn. I first spoke to Matt after business hours when he returned my call from his cell phone and he gave me 30-45 minutes of his time. Not once during the conversation did I feel rushed, talked over, or like he was trying to figure out how he could benefit from my situation. What I did feel was that he was listening to me, understanding my situation, asking great questions, and giving me great advice. Matt even went so far as to communicate with my worried mother and was able to put her mind at ease, and explain the process to her in a manner that calmed her anxiety. There aren't enough 'Thank You's' in the world for that type of action and it outlines that Matthew has values outside of just landing the next job. At the end of our conversation Matt gave me very clear instructions on how to proceed even though that advice did not involve hiring his firm. This to me was another sign that I was speaking to a highly ethical and caring professional. Although I hope I never need a criminal defense attorney again, I would not hesitate to give a friend or family member over to Matt as he left that positive of an impression on me, not only with his knowledge of the law but of his ability to explain things in a direct manner that makes sense, and the extra mile he goes to comfort and ease someone who is no doubt going through a stressful period. I wrote this review because I wish I had been aware of Matthew 2 years prior when I was initially charged and I wish I could have had his expertise and professionalism on my side. Matt I cannot thank you enough for everything you did for myself and my family and I am confident that people like you who operate with the level of caring and ethics that you showed to me find that the world brings that goodness back to them. If you are looking for an attorney that is very sharp, professional, easy to talk to and understand, and who will give you his full attention and generous with his time and advice then look no further and proceed with confidence.

Matthew has acted on our behalf twice now: 1 DUI and 1 DWSL. He did a great job handling both cases. He explained clearly what we were to expect and what our choices would be. Both cases resulted in the best possible outcomes. He responded every time we needed a response. His rates and terms were fair. A+ job.

They kept me posted with the progress and anytime I had an question or concern and called or e-mail it was returned with 2-24 hours. The fee's were reasonable. They were at court early and spoke with me before court to see if I had any questions and what to expect. Horwath Law far exceeded the results we expected for my son's traffic infractions. They were very professional and kept us informed of the proceedings without us having to be involved. They had all four charges dismissed and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Horwarth to anyone who needs outstanding representation in contesting any traffic infraction. Horwath Law helped me during my case. They were polite and pleasant every single time I called and had no problem answering any and all questions that I had concerning things as they progressed. Excellent service and experience overall. The ticket was found to be not committed which was awesome but really it was the service I'm happiest with. I hate to say this but really when judging a law firm its more about the staff than the attorneys usually when it comes to service and the staff here is VERY friendly and VERY easy to work with.

Mr.Shtayyeh was a huge help for my case. Not only was he professional, but he showed that he actually cared about my situation. He was dedicated to doing whatever it took to get the results we were looking for. Mr.Shtayyeh is a hard worker who dedicates his time to his work and clients. He always kept me informed on any changes that accured and where we stood with the case. Im very happy with the results of my case. I worked in the same office for another firm as Angela and her staff for nearly a year, and I can honestly say that Angela and everyone she employs are extremely professional, hard working, and of the highest character. The entire staff at Horwath Law are absolutely wonderful people. Angela is honest and very upfront with her clients.
