I must say, it started out as 5 stars . They were hungry and so enthusiastic about helping us. Then the challenges started and they seemed more willing to give up than to continue and fight for the case. The communication started becoming less and less. Follow ups could take weeks for responses if any. Then the increased sloppiness, examples- having my husband travel with very short notice to another state for a medical exam, however the itinerary not being organized (hotel, rentals car were supposed to be prepaid, however we had to use our credit card to make the purchases and wait for the reimbursement. When we asked for the reimbursement we were met with hostility from Kim), not sending the correct remainder amount and then basically harassing us to get the money back . I’m sure within every company you do your checks and balanced, especially at a law office. How do you send the “wrong amount” to a client and act like “oops” ?!? You are a professional, it is your job to ensure your client is being cared for. Also for the professional to inform the client that you will receive all payments (in total) within in 60 days. Those 60 days turned into 4 months and the only follow up we received/ communication was initiated by us; terrible.

If you are looking for attorneys that are sharp, care, and kind you are looking in the right place. Cochran Douglas office really cares about you and your case. They get back to you right away via email, phone call, they are so professional which is something I was looking for. I can so much but I just want to say I highly recommend this attorney office. Also the other attorneys are amazing. They made me feel heard, understood. Highly recommend. 10/10. I don’t really recommend places unless I am 100% sure they are about their business and Cochran Douglas is about their business. Again, 10/10. God bless this Law-firm :)

I just finished my case with them. I was injured in an accident. In may of 2022. Life hit me a little hard. After I started seeking treatment. I assumed the pain would get substantially better. It only got worse after I tried to go back to work. The insurance company, of course, didn’t want to pay for my medical bills. Then they went through the claim that I didn’t need further medical care. Cochran, at every step of the way, pushed to get me seen. Pushed to help me heal. I’m Federer different alternatives, he always listened. They always HEARD me. Normally. The lawyers don’t actually hear you. When I finally decided that I didn’t feel treatment was making me any better. They heard that too. Erin their legal assistant was with me for meetings I went to with the doctor. She answered all my calls. Always. Always. Always. Helpful and kind. If something happened to you. And you want someone with the knowledge of where you can go.
