When I met Cole Douglas for the first time, I was nervous and embarrassed to tell my story, but I knew I needed to if I wanted to be heard. My case was of a very personal and sensitive nature, and it was very uncomfortable for me to even talk about it. Cole listened to my story without rushing me, asked detailed questions, and treated me with total respect.
