My husband and I contacted McKinley Irvin about two years ago with questions regarding custody of our grandson. We spoke to Rainer Frank one of the senior attorneys. He was very upfront with the issues we would face in Washington state pertaining to grandparents rights and how difficult they would be to attain. Over several conversations we set a course seeking DeFacto Parental status and/or non parental custody with Mr. Frank representing us. We felt very strongly that he was the attorney we needed.
