I have had the honor to see Jocelyn first hand as she learns about a client, the case and her opponent. She is able to take this knowledge and obtain some super human results. We went to Sam Page through a employee referral for a consultation on a custody situation. Sam understood completely our situation, explained our options clearly, and impressed us to the point that we retained him to represent us. We have been very satisfied with his advise and representation.

When your in the position of having to look for a lawyer your emotions are usually all over the place. Trusting someone with the next step of your life, and you kids life is gut wrenching. Will they fight for me? Do they really care about me or just the pay check? I have had to deal with a very challenging 3rd party custody case for several years. Both Jason Benjamin and Kelly LeBlanc have been awesome. Their attention to detail and their ability to argue the case has resulted in success with each hearing and trial we have had. I hired samuel page for a family law case. Page did a horrible job at trial. After waiting an extremely long time for the judge to make a decision, page did not notify me of the court date and just signed the opposing councils order without any argument. I was unable to see the final order for months due to page not returning calls, or emails. I had to track him down in order to get the paperwork and by then it was to late to appeal. Don't waste your money. Hire someone else.

My attorney from the firm Susan Kennedy and her team worked really hard to champion my cause and salvage my honor, and that of my 68 yr old mother; in our separate DVPO cases and my Custody jurisdictional case. Sounds corny right??? But I believe it. Susan was awesome but she didn't do it alone. Donna her paralegal was instrumental in getting me the info I needed to better help my attorney. Remember the client should also work too. Claudia was also helpful making sure my retainer didn't fall too low so as not to default on a court fee. She also helped by being flexible with my payment arrangements. Stephanie was instrumental in keeping me connected to the team when I couldn't immediately reach a particular member. I felt relaxed speaking with her in french. Everyone was friendly and polite. I'm originally a New Yorker from Manhattan, I come from a fast paced no nonsense world. Susan and her team can keep up, but without the NYC attitude. lol Most important about this group of wonderful people was that they made me feel that I wasn't just another the paycheck to them. They care and they make sure you know how much by the way they treat you, and how they represent you. I have never met Benjamin or Healy, but I can say they hire the right people. So if you are in a bind and need legal help look up Benjamin & Healy and get squared away with Susan and her team, and good luck.
