I worked with Brooke to form my company. She was a pleasure to work with and one of the things I liked best was how she explained my different options to me. Once we had settled on what I wanted to do, she took care of all of the filing and created my business properly. I'm reassured that my business has a sound footing and that my operating agreement is correct. I look forward to working with her on additional business and contract needs that I'll have.

Ms. Johnson helped me when I had a dispute with my literary agent. I felt I could no longer effectively communicate with her so she stepped in and helped out. Ms. Johnson reviewed my contract, clearly pointed out its inconsistencies and what we could do to come to a resolution. She answered emails and phone calls promptly. She answered my questions and concerns so I understood clearly what was happening. She kept me abreast of her conversations with my agent, so I always felt in the loop.
