John is caring, and very skilled and his staff is wonderful to work with. They helped ensure that things moved along accordingly, and we were in piles of IRS debt that was incredibly intimidating and scary to work with but they all made it easy and helped us figure out a game plan that was affordable and something we could accomplish. I received an IRS letter stating I owed hundreds of thousands from the sale of a home. My wife and so met with John who immediately put us at ease with a confidence that we would be successful and we were! After hiring John and answering the threatening letters he told us to keep or faith. Many months later John called and said hey things are going good but I need more info to prove you lived there. A few weeks later we get another letter saying we owed nothing and suffered no penalties! John did an excellent job with an affordable/flexible rate. Mr. Sterbick does not suffer fools gladly. He wants to help you. He takes pride in being able to help you. However, he also expects you to help yourself. He did a great job for us. He came in at the 11th hour on the recommendation of a business acquaintance. Mr. Sterbick, to put it mildly, saved our bacon. If you want someone to hold your hand and tell you that none of this is your fault he isn't your guy. But if you want someone who is going to get the job done and hold you accountable to do your part as well, then is your guy. Would recommend absolutely.
