Blake Harris is highly skilled, easy to talk to and very responsive. My family hired Blake for a complicated custody case - restating orders, CASA involvement, interrogatories, parenting plan and more. We began this case with a different lawyer and the amount of moving parts in the case were difficult to understand and stressful. That attorney did not really explain the process and didn’t interpret court documents for us. When we hired Blake, this all changed. He explained everything to us in a way we understood, he walked us through the process, our options and provided his recommendations with clear explanations why. Blake was able to accomplish so much more that our previous lawyer was unable to. Aside from his legal acumen, he is a kind and empathic person. I had a parenting plan that was very vague. My ex starting abusing drugs a year after we signed it. My children’s safety was in jeopardy, and I hired Blake. Blake acted quickly and explained everything that I could do to keep my kids safe in the moment. Then he crafted a parenting plan that protected my children and myself. My ex now how limitations and accountability to ensure my kids aren’t exposed to dangerous situations and are emotionally protected. I highly recommend working with Blake Harris. We had a very difficult case emotionally and the parenting plan was very confusing. During our (my dad and I’s) first phone call with Blake, he reassured us, gave us options and reminded us that our situation would not last forever. My husband got in trouble and was looking at some severe felony charges. We hired Blake at his past firm to represent my husband and Blake was able to negotiate with the prosecutor and get a deal that would not result in him getting deported.
