I recently sought representation from Mr. Purtzer for a protective order case. Given the nature of the case, it was quite clear-cut: the opposing side had no evidence or credible case regarding any domestic issues, and it appeared the charges were an attempt to leverage property disputes. As a military member on the verge of relocating and considering the potential impacts on my security clearance, this matter was of utmost importance to me. Regrettably, my experience with Mr. Purtzer was disappointing. Despite the straightforward nature of the case, which should have required minimal research and preparation, I felt taken advantage of. Communication leading up to the trial was sparse, leaving me feeling uninformed and anxious. Moreover, Mr. Purtzer promised to assist with the associated property matters following the trial. However, he became unreachable, forcing me to seek legal assistance elsewhere. Based on my experience, I cannot endorse Mr. Purtzer and would not choose his services in the future.
