Lack of communication and responsiveness

“Communication leading up to the trial was sparse, leaving me feeling uninformed and anxious. Moreover, Mr. Purtzer promised to assist with the associated property matters following the trial. However, he became unreachable, forcing me to seek legal assistance elsewhere.”

Rude and unprofessional behavior

“He then states, 'I guess this ends our working relationship, idk who else you'll complain to' I'm not sure why Lance felt comfortable enough to speak to me in this manner but I don't appreciate it and I would advise against hiring someone who is rude for no apparent reason.”
