We have been clients of the Hester law group for over 10 years, Casey Arbenz has helped us with a variety of needs with our business, as well as our personal lives. The Hester law group has always given us the level of service that we should expect when we are in need of legal services. Additionally, the Law group has always found us favorable decisions on the matter's they have handled for us. Hester Law Group has been amazing to work with. Protecting your driving record is extremely important. I was pulled over because the car in front of me was speeding and I received their speeding ticket. Clearly I needed to make sure that I fought the ticket I received. Casey Arbenz represented me in the case. What I really liked is he didn't treat me like my case was too small or insignificant. Casey does some really big cases and I felt like my case was just as important. I highly recommend working with this law office, they are sharp, responsive and effective. Don't put yourself as risk, call Casey, he will point you in the right direction and protect your integrity.

I worked with Casey Arbenz and Lance Hester. Their professionalism and effort was simply outstanding. They fought for me and gave me their all throughout our entire case. They always take my call when they are available and always promptly return all calls and emails in a timely manner. Without saying too much about my case, my case was very complex, and am still currently working with them. I know, with the help of Casey and Lance, one day soon I will be forever done with court matters. They have fought many battles for me, and we have had many successes. I would highly recommend their office for any legal needs you require.

I have been communicating with Mr. Wayne Fricky for months now or at least trying to. In our last phone conversation he told me if I could produce a paper that was from the court day in question he would take my case. I sent him the paper and then nothing. I left multiple messages that he never returned. Then today I called and he had the receptionist tell me he would not take my case and refused to talk to me me or my son who is a Staff Sergeant in the Marine corps in person. He could have told me weeks ago but didn't. I believe that says a lot about his professionalism and his character. I feel like I was victimized all over again.

They are amazing. The firm is responsive and very supportive. My attorney Casey Arbenz, is wonderful, he is very personable, professional and worked diligently to resolve my case. Terrible representation. My attorney was wrong about several details. He showed up late to our hearing. I had to beg our judge to not strike our appeal, due to his lack of appearance. The judge waited 15 minutes for him to show up. When he did show up, he wasn't prepared, bumbled his presentation, and did a really poor job. He tried to blame me for not giving him enough information, although I had clearly given him all the facts. Absolutely abysmal practice.

Fred took card of my divorce and helped with a support issue. I appreciate his no BS approach and ability to speak in terms I understand. I'm now going to have a trust set up and even though I live in Portland I'm still using Fred.
