I called in to ask if I may have a medical malpractice case. The lawyer I called is very impatient and unprofessional. The lawyer specializes in medical cases has little knowledge about medical field. I was calling related with gallbladder issues. And he hung up on me without me finishing the inquiry.

In talking with Mr. Zielinski he is very Personable, Professional, Reliable and pays attention to details. When the need arises he will be the one I will feel confident in representing me.

Ben was fantastic. He hit all the general targets I expect as a client--professional, courteous, knowledgeable, dependable, but what really set him a part was the fact that he didn't sugarcoat my chances. To be brief--I was the victim of the cities' blind eye at repairing a serious danger in my neighborhood. I suffered injury and lost my job. Now I know cases against the city are not easy to win. One has to know the law well and be quick on their feet. Ben prepared me for the fact that the chances I'd get the sum I was after were slim, but he did prep me for the outcome he would go for and why and looking back, although it wasn't what I originally had in mind, it was honest and attainable.
