Chelsea is the best of the best! My situation was a little unusual, but she took on the case and walked me through the process from beginning to end. She is level headed, tenacious and always looks for the best outcome. I highly recommend her and will hire her for any future family law needs.

Hiring Chelsea is one of the best choices I've ever made and will make in my life. She kept me assured and focused before and during my trial. An absolute champion in the court room with her knowledge, experience, and presence.

Chelsea came into my parenting plan dispute after I had worked with a previous lawyer. I was blown away by her approach, kindness, and willingness to actually explain the process to me. I had lived in anxiety for weeks trying to fully understand the process and one hour with her made me feel grounded and capable of creating a plan. She moved fast and efficiently and we were able to come to resolution outside of court quickly. I can’t recommend her enough. She truly cares that real people are behind these court documents as well being incredibly gifted in her legal approach.

We were referred to Chelsea once it was clear our case would be going to court and we could not afford our previous attorney. Immediately after our first consultation, we felt empowered and relieved. Chelsea was always prepared, and was also very patient with us and addressed every concern we ever had. The quality we appreciated the most when working with Chelsea is that she does not beat around the bush; she does not blow smoke up your sleeve, she is always very informative and real with you, while also making you feel like you're her only client. Going through a divorce is not a pleasurable thing, but meeting with Chelsea was always a sigh of relief because we just felt heard. Our outcome could not have been better and I have no doubt it is through her knowledge, diligence, and preparedness that we won our case. Even when in court and feeling uneasy, Chelsea is calm and confident and is able to make you feel comfortable during a very stressful time. It was a long four years and honestly, it was a pleasure working with Chelsea.. it felt like working with a friend.

As anyone can see by reviewing the many reviews on this site that border on spiritual adoration, Chelsea is a strong advocate for her clients. My case with her was brief and didn't involve my passion, but I have been represented by several attorneys over the years in business matters. I have noted attorneys tend to do what they are comfortable with (i.e. file expensive claims), and they speak to you in terms of worst case risk which is hard to make a sane decision from because it seems they only want to protect their license. They offer powerful opinions without the leverage of risk which to me just makes my decision making more difficult. Chelsea, refreshingly, was the difference in my experience. She worked hard to understand the situation from my perspective, and she advised me based on the risks involved so I could make a best decision as I saw it. She did state the worst case risks, but she was also willing to express percentages of likely outcomes. When does an attorney ever do that? I'm not saying she would do this every time (haha, now I'm protecting her license), but in my situation she did. I greatly appreciated it. She deserves my excellent marks on her work.

Chelsea is not a typical lawyer. Rather, she is a solver of legal problems. In my case, I was facing divorce - one that I did not want, but for which I had to prepare and steel myself. Chelsea masterfully accomplished that, while at the same time working on MY GOAL of avoiding the divorce. Facing an opposing attorney who had interest only in reaching a settlement and case conclusion, this was particularly challenging. She used her skills to successfully overcome the opposition's disinterest, however, and maintain a possibility of attaining my goal, while preserving my best interests should those efforts be unsuccessful. Because of this dual approach, doors are opening for potential resolution without divorce as the end result. The opposing attorney's weaknesses in these important skills are now evident to my significant other, who is appreciative of how my attorney's more integrated approach has allowed us several alternatives to a bitter ending. Chelsea's reviews are consistent with mine, and I now know exactly why. She is the person you want on your side because she will approach your situation the way you want her to, advise you when she thinks you are making an error in judgment, and support you during the difficult times. I believe that finding Chelsea is the best thing that could have happened for me in my case. I also don't see how she could not be the best attorney for ANY other case as well. But right now, you can't have her. She's mine. Can I give her six stars instead of just 5, or rate her an 11 instead of just a 10?

I have previously had poor experiences with family law lawyers that led me to be wary of them moving forward. Now, years later, I found I needed legal help for a contentious parenting plan modification. Ms. Miller was recommended to me by someone else and I approached with caution. However, she immediately allayed my fears with extraordinary professionalism. She is blunt in the best way possible - cutting to the immediate issue with an immense amount of family law expertise to back her up. When I arrived for my initial consultation, she came prepared by having already read through the basics of my case online. She listened intently and asked specific questions and was honest with her opinions. While she takes a measured personal approach, she is fierce in the defense of her clients once a course of action has been plotted. She doesn't resort to cheap tactics or emotional fluff because she doesn't need to; she has the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve her goals and doesn't want to waste her client's precious time or the court's time. Ms. Miller and Ms. Tremblay are responsive and I've never felt ignored by either of them. She is personable and attentive and her accountability so far seems flawless. She has appeared in court for a hearing which was resolved in my favor, worked with my ex and her lawyer to try to settle the matter out-of-court and has appeared in court for the trial (which was continued). She was impeccably prepared at all occasions and stepped me through the process whenever I needed help understanding procedures. My case is not yet completely resolved but, whichever way it goes, I already know that I made the best choice for legal representation possible.

Chelsea handled my fragile and fearful mind with care from the moment I met her. There was never a moment that I questioned if she was the right choice for me to work with. She was well spoken and very obviously well educated in all she was speaking about and that never wavered. She explained my rights and my options in terms I could understand and never promised me things just because I wanted to hear them or to secure me as a client. She was honest. She had a game plan at every turn. She believed in me and she fought hard for my children’s safety. Their lives were forever changed for the better because of her incredibly hard work, focus, and skills. I was never forced to decide anything or sign anything that I wasn’t confident in. I was never made to feel like a burden for my million questions. I was able to digitally sign papers from wherever I was via my phone, making everything quick and as painless as could be for me. I went to her a scared person with kids who needed help. At the end of my time with her, we all feel safe. The right attorney can move mountains in your life and that is exactly what Chelsea did for me. I am forever grateful for my time with her and would choose her time and time again (but hopefully will never need to).
