Wonderful staff ....

I had my son kidnapped by CPS and due to a false report and 3rd party info. Unfortunately cps has immunity (only God knows why) and they can do and say whatever they want and innocent families get destroyed daily because of foul uneducated disgusting people that CPS employs. I went to Chris a sobing broken mess with my mom. Chris gave it to me straight with no BS. We would have to go through the process and when he said how much he was to retain i about $*it myself. I was told by the criminals of CPS my 4 month old son would at soonest be home in 6 months and if he was still in the system at a year he would be placed up for adoption. Chris got my son back home where he belongs after 28 days. I think i can speak for every person in the court room the day CPS was forced to give my son back that everyone had there jaws dropped to the floor in complete utter amazement at Chris. The cps "investigator" walked in the court room with get nose in the air thinking she was God himself and by the time Chris was done with her she could barely remember her own name. Never in my life had i seen an attorney (well maybe in movies) do what Chris did. I would recommend Chris to anyone.

Paid Micheal Clark in December, no work was done on my case until March at the soonest. Tried calling numerous times to get an update, I was out of town, never once answered when I called or returned my phone call with an update. Despite his secretary saying he'd call me back every time. I informed his secretary that I've called numerous time and I've never got a phone back, she assured me he would, never did. When I finally returned to town in April I went to his office, they hadn't even started on my case. The secretary hadn't even pulled my case history. She wanted all the courts I had records in so she could contact them, I said can't you just go down to the local courthouse (that was literally one block away) and ask for my records. She told me they wouldn't have them. That was incorrect. Took me 10min and 30$ to make more happen then what they did in 5 months. I also went to another location to get my records, they informed me that the secretary had been in the day prior but left and never returned when she found out it was cash only. How hard is it to go to the atm. Very unprofessional. This must of been Mr. Clarks first experience with a case such as mine because he wasn't very versed in what needed to be done. I was informed numerous times that the next step would be the last step, only to be informed again and again that we needed to do more. Finally, after the last step, I asked for proof of confirmation that everything had been taken care of, secretary told me she would confirm with court and call me back that day. Never got a call back. Finally when I called her at the end of the day she told me she had been busy and didn't have time to call. I took the 5min and again accomplished what they couldn't. Call back, courtesy, and doing things in a timely order are terrible and non-existent with Mr. Clark and his secretary. I would absolutely not recommend. UPDATE: Mr. Clark called me and personally apologized about the issues we had with my case. Took responsibility and said it's not how they normally operate. The fact that he can call and apologize definitely goes a long way in my book.

Great smart lawyer who honestly tailors the defense to the needs of his defendant and I would defiantly use him again!

Daryl and Megan were great to work with in a very difficult time. This was the first time for me experiencing a need for the services that they provide. They were always available, and the response time to my questions was amazing. Through the entire process they always made sure that I understood what was happening and what the next steps were.
