I recently worked with David and Carly for my divorce case. Their communication was professional and timely, his rates were reasonable, and he represented me well in the way I wanted to be represented, while also looking out for my well-being. David consistently took the high-road whenever given the choice to go low. David holds himself with high integrity in his work.

David, and everyone @ his office were great. David picked up for another Attorney, and handle things fast and with confidence. I think they did more than the average attorney.

I hired David Braswell as my attorney while going through my separation, which turned into a divorce, and needed a parenting plan, child support, etc. He took the time to respond to any questions I had or expressed concerns about and help me understand the legal process. He accurately forecasted how my situation would result and that helped me mentally and emotionally. He updated me regularly with any changes. Overall I found David to be very easy to communicate with, professional, knowledgeable, and sympathetic.

Where do I start! David Braswell is the man, from our first initial consultation to the End on my child custody battle everything that david said would happen did happen. These guys are professionals and timely. I initially started off with another lawyer and I was never so happy to meet David. If you need a good lawyer David is your guy. And also worth noting his legal assistant Carly is awesome and was on top of everything.

Mr. Braswell was fantastic and professional the whole way through from consultation to the final trial date. He always took care with his thoughtful, thorough and strategic replies and guidance through the process. Although I hired him to guide me through and do the legwork of the divorce, he seemed to genuinely care about my case and circumstances. My divorce involved a child, and he was always very aware that it would affect the child immensely, so did not wish to muddy the situation more. He seemed invested in the well-being of my child's quality of life. Even when faced with challenging comments from the opposing party and their representation, Mr. Braswell maintained integrity for our side of the case; answering comprehensively or concisely as needed for the matter at hand; and always professionally. The case dragged out for over a year and we experienced a few surprises thrown at us but he seemed to roll with them with ease and navigated increasingly muddy waters to maintain the direction we were going. He was excellent at relying on actual facts that had support behind them, and did not get distracted by the gossip of the situation- he was correct that it would not hold up at trial and would not be worth our time to pursue. Mr. Braswell never made it seem like he was in a hurry to work on the case, get off the phone with a call; he always seemed present with me as the client. I felt valued and supported as a result, and it reinforced my hopes I had found a good attorney. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Braswell to anyone I like, who needs legal representation similar to mine.

Attorney’s are expensive no matter what… David is my second attorney and he was and is worth the fee’s. He is calm which helped me stay calm. He was always available for a call or replying quickly back to my emails (I always had a ton of questions)! He is on my list to call for any future family law needs. You won’t regret working with David! I know I didn’t and happy I found him.

David Braswell literally changed my life in the best possible way. His hard work and dedication made it to where I enjoy waking up again. I originally was recommended to David from a friend who recently was in court and David was the opposing sides attorney and made things very difficult for them and my friend ended up really losing out. She said that David was so skilled and intelligent and would recommend him fully even though he was not her attorney . I decided to meet with David and give him a shot. He is the absolute man from an attorney standpoint and has high integrity and a good heart that I honestly would not expect in the courts. My ex wife was angry and was trying to make it to where I would never see my kids. She pulled everything she could think of (including filing false CPS claims) and just smearing my entire image as a person and a father. She tried to take everything that I had ever worked for in my life. David is my hero, he really put in the work and really cares. I now get my kids on a 50-50. I never thought this would happen just from every story I have ever heard anb Divorces in the state of Washington and assets and financials were split in the most fair way possible. I would highly recommend David to everyone. He is one of the most genuine guys you will ever meet and he really did save my life and the current and future relationships I now get to enjoy with my kids.

During this very difficult time for me, David felt like a supportive friend while having my best professional and personal interests involved. I have never been through a process of separation/Divorce/CIR etc. David and Carly had great communication through out the entire process. Regardless, if you have a large case or a small one, I would highly recommend David and his team. He was able to communicate and defend my best interests and he was able to listen to me when I wanted to take actions that may have not been in my best interest. David is able to support and lead with empathy.

David was an asset as I went through my divorce. Understanding, incredibly responsive, thoroughly professional. I would highly recommend. Additional “shout out” to his paralegal, Carly, who displayed the same responsive professionalism that put the other side’s counsel to shame (in terms of availability and ability to move quickly). These guys are so good, I can’t say enough.

David Braswell helped me gain full custody of me children. He handled my case with both skill and integrity. David was understanding, fair, and gracious in all respects from handling difficult situations to working out the fees. He was well prepared for all hearings and made sure I was ready. His tone and presentation were superb. He also ensured all proper documents were well prepared and filed on time. In short, he saved me a lot of stress!

Mr. Braswell represented me in a very complicated divorce case involving five children. The case was complicated by a divorce decree obtained (without my knowledge) from another country. At the very beginning, Mr. Braswell clearly explained the law that was on my side, but also warned me about all possible outcomes. Fees were discussed up front and there were no surprises at the end. He always answered my emails and returned my calls. He always updated me on what was going on with my case. His confidence, advice and guidance relieved my stress during extremely difficult and painful times. It was easy for me to trust his ability to defend me. I was impressed with how well prepared he was for every hearing leading up to the trial. I was so intimidated by what my spouse’s expensive firm was throwing at us. But not Mr. Braswell. I was so amazed by his ability to maintain a calm, respectful and professional courtroom demeanor during trial. His questions for witnesses were organized and easy to follow. He was able to back my spouse into a corner with polite, but sharp and to-the-point questions! Mr. Braswell exposed all the lies and discrepancies. He won the case. He over-delivered. I have sole custody of my children. My ex-spouse was ordered to pay child support, alimony and my attorney fees. The property and business was also divided beyond my hopes. Looking at the outcome and at what I paid the firm – Mr. Braswell is worth every penny! I can start my new life with my children thanks to him. Mr. Braswell is an exceptionally sharp lawyer, but also a genuine human being. You just don’t find lawyers like him. He truly is a treasure in WA state and I highly recommend him without any reservations!

David is kind, professional, prompt and honest. I had been through very hard time but David was always there for me. English is my second language so I thought I was not able to do anything about my divorce at the time when I was served divorce paper. But I was so lucky I met David! He gave me many great advices and He always asked me what do I think, and want to do. I was nervous because everything was my first experience and all my family and friends were In my country. but I didn't feel so worried. Because David explained me well and cleared everything all the process. He finishes everything before the deadline and be ready for a court hearing. I can't imagine what would have happened if I hadn't met David. He saved my life. I highly recommend him!!!
