I contacted Erik about a potential medical malpractice lawsuit that I already knew would be difficult to prove in court due to timelines involved. A number of attorneys weren't willing to even consider it, but Erik at least tried and spent time looking into the matter in an effort to explore all possibilities. Ultimatelty he was still not able to pursue it but I do apreciate that he at least tried to help me!

Erik is a very good attorney. He supported us in our case with our mother with a problem we had with a nursing home. He addressed the issues so there could be a compromise. After seeing several attorney's i hired Erik. All the other attorney's said my case was not winnable and that i should not proceed with it.
