I worked with John Acken regarding a collision I was in. He spent 2 long years working hard and advocating for me on my case. This was my first experience having a lawyer, let alone such a lengthy car accident resolution, but John and his staff were absolutely phenomenal. I genuinely couldn’t thank or express my gratitude enough towards them. John made sure I wasn’t getting taken advantage of and that I was taken care of. He explained every step in our process together so I understood every bit. He was always easy to get a hold of and I couldn’t have felt more confident in someone representing me. I'm not very experienced with dealing with attorneys, so didn't really know what you expect after a truck drove over my foot as I was walking. Totally weird! David worked so hard on my car accident case. There was no way I was at fault and he could see that. Other attorneys just wanted an easy settlement and didn't want to possibly go to court.
