Unprofessional and misleading

My case drug on for 2 years. It was promise after promise that the check is in the mail. One of the secretary's that works there acted in a childish manner. I don't even know if their business exists. Tia is the name of the worker who is supposedly working on my case. It's been excuse after excuse.
