John helped my partner and I when our insurance company---FARMERS---fought us tooth-and-nail for nearly 8 months on our claim after our house was broken into, vandalized and burglarized. Unfortunately, we had to settle for just over half the amount we claimed or else we would have lost our house, in a measure of true irony. But John was with us every step of the way from our depositions on, and at least saw that Farmers would not deny our claim as they had wanted to do. For those of you who are wondering, he is the son of the Pierce County Executive. His father should be proud!
