After a successful consultation appointment with Nicole, I hired her to handle my divorce. She outlined the process, options, timeline and potential issues in an understandable and caring manner. My ex-spouse and I were cooperative during the process, and Nicole was flexible in allowing me to manage some of the aspects of the divorce myself in order to keep fees at a minimum. Nicole and her team were efficient, they communicated well and the fees were very reasonable...I highly recommend Nicole!!!

Nicole is an outstanding lawyer. From our very first meeting it was so easy to open up to her. She listened to all my concerns and was always there to help if I had questions. She's quick to respond and very knowledgeable. She was able to get me exactly what I wanted in my divorce case.

Nicole represented me in a family law case. She was always professional, responsive, organized and prepared. She is very intelligent but has a sense of humor that helped make a difficult time a bit easier for me. I was very happy with the favorable settlement she negotiated for me.

Although some circumstances to my case are unique to my situation, I left court the other day feeling magnanimous. What Nicole Bolan, Heather Alderson and I accomplished in court is, in a way, monumental. The true winner is my daughter. After a long battle the results speak for themselves. Neither parent is a “primary” custodian and there is a $0 transfer payment of child support. What this means is neither parent has any power over the other. For every child who’s parents are going through a divorce, this should be the standard. This truly is what’s best for your child, no power. By creating an even playing ground, co-parenting effectively to raise a happy, successful child should follow. I would recommend two things for your divorce case. First, let go of any petty bitterness or feelings of entitlement. Judges can sense when you’re being malicious without justification. Second, hire Nicole Bolan as your divorce attorney. She communicates very well and addressed any concerns I had as quickly as she could. She was honest about the possible outcomes of my actions and educated me about divorce along the way. Nicole and Heather make a great team, I truly recommend them.
