During a 'free' consultation, I had the honor of meeting with Mr. Hogaboam to discuss some extenuating legal concerns involving both Civil and Criminal issues in a different County. He was extremely accommodating as well as provided some clear and concise directions on how to proceed through the legal system. As a medically retired Veteran with a (hidden) 'disability' to include PTSD, what impressed me so much, was his willingness to listen instead of lecturing on the legal proceedings or make demands for 'retainer fees'. If there were more Attorneys like Mr. Hogaboam willing to help people in Lewis County, he wouldn't have received this "Review". For those reading this, who've yet retained Mr. Hogaboam, please note, he presents himself as one who is willing to give what most of us lack: understanding.
