Travis is probably one of the most honest lawyers you will ever get. He was upfront and honest with me from the get-go. He told me what to expect and when to expect it. He even taught me some things that would help me out in the long run so I wasn’t wasting my money or being charged too much. He was able to finish my case and less than two months. Honestly he’s a rockstar!

I interviewed several attorney's before retaining Mr. Travis Groves and I am thankful he represented me during my divorce.  I appreciated Mr. Groves no nonsense approach to the process.  He is fact based, lets his experience and knowledge of law guide the way and will ground you to reality when it is easy to let emotions get the best of you.  He is always in your corner looking out for your best interest and is not looking to drain your bank account in the process. If you respect his time, he will respect yours.  He is also excellent about his response times and makes himself available to serve his clients outside of regular business hours.  This is unheard of, I would get responses in the evenings and on weekends.  I am very happy with the settlement we agreed to and I would recommend Mr. Groves to anyone looking for a no nonsense attorney who will give it to you straight and work hard to deliver the best possible outcome on your behalf. His clear and direct communication was a breath of fresh air.

I hired Travis to assist with a relocation, parenting plan, and child support modification. Luckily, the relocation was resolved quickly but the parenting plan/child support modification took longer to resolve. From the first meeting, Travis was honest and open about all potential outcomes. He does not sugar coat which is what you need from a family law attorney. He always responded quickly and with great explanation. There were times I would get frustrated/emotional about certain issues and he was always calm and understanding. He wants the best not only for his client, but also the child/children involved. He makes it known that child’s best interest is the most important. I would highly recommend Travis to anyone looking for an attorney. You won’t be disappointed! If I come back to WA and need an attorney for a family law issue, he’ll be the first person I call.

I would highly recommend Mr. Travis Groves to anyone looking for a hardworking lawyer who fights for his clients. When I first met with Mr. Groves, I had been involved in a 13yr divorce/custody battle with my ex-wife. I was demoralized and exhausted which is why I decided to find a new lawyer. I was looking for someone who would bring a fresh perspective to my situation and thankfully I found Mr. Groves because he was exactly what I needed. He reviewed my file and worked with me to formulate a plan that he thought would be most successful for my desired outcomes. After hiring Mr. Groves, I finally felt that I had someone who had, not only my interest in mind, but my kids as well. Mr. Groves is direct and will tell you the truth; he isn't going to sugar coat anything. I would also like to add that if you have high expectation for a lawyer, well Mr. Groves also has high expectations for his clients. He expects you to do your part so that he can do his job: I had to have my depositions ready to go, if the court required me to take a class, I had to be on it, and get everything to Mr. Groves. I can honestly say when I had my ducks in a row it made his job easier which then allowed him to focus on arguing my case in court. After 18 months working with Mr. Groves, he got the case resolved to my satisfaction. He argued well resulting in my ex-wife and I going to mediation and finally settling the case. When it comes to fees or cost, Mr. Groves is upfront about the prices, he isn't trying to squeeze money out of you, and he told us the cost for each path the case could potentially go down. He is a great lawyer! We have a parenting plan I am more than happy with and Mr. Groves helped me stay focused and grounded throughout the whole process. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience working with Mr. Travis Groves and recommend him with no reservations.

Travis was awesome. He handled my divorce effectively and efficiently. His legal advice was always good and things worked out just as he said they would. He made a plan, put it into action and asked me to be patient. This paid off! He got the results I asked for and prevented me from getting off track when my emotions got the best of me. I highly recommend him. He's honest, fair, and knowledgeable. His understanding of the divorce process is impecable and he knows just how to handle obstacles. He was even kind and courteous to the other party which kept things from escalating unnecessarily.

Travis was always willing to help me out and he always answered my calls and got back with me quickly. He was always straight to the point and let me know what was possible and what we should be doing. I was glad to work with him and appreciate all he did for me.

I reached out to Mr. Groves in regards to a guardianship case. When I contacted him he was very informative and helpful with all my questions. After we spoke on the phone I decided to meet him and hire him for my services. He did a fantastic job representing me and in the end we got the outcome we were hoping for. He was very prompt with returning all my calls and emails. I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again if ever needed.

There is So much I could say about Travis Groves, but what immediately comes to mind is he knows the law. Travis is fair and straight forward, he tells you like it is and what to expect and just gives it to you raw and uncut. If you like a lawyer that won’t beat around the bush and at times can bring you to pure frustration in attempts to make sure that when you get on a stand to testify your delivery is damn near flawless this in your Guy. We worked with Travis for over 2 years with a custody case. We attended his free clinic initially and he assisted us in preparing all our paperwork for free to file at the court house. Later on down the line we had to retain him as our representative, his fee was reasonable and fair, he was easy to get ahold of, night or day, answered our questions, text and emails in a timely manner listened to our concerns and gave us great advice. He told us if we continued to do what we were doing, we would be ok and that the Judge would rule accordingly. Our case was straight forward he said, and he was right. We ended up winning our case and a new level of respect for the law. If we ever need help again with this case or any others we will surely look to hire you again. To more flips in the pool.. I would like to start off by saying thank you to Travis. I went in to his office and was greeted by his sweet big dopey dog which put me at ease immediately. I was so nervous about an upcoming court date I had but his knowledge of the system and his candor gave me clear direction on how to approach the situation and resulted as positive an outcome as I could have hoped. He pointed out many things I overlooked and gave me such confidence about not letting the threats of others live rent free in my head. (To stop being a victim.) It would be great for anyone to have someone like Travis to talk to before going into court. He was very honest and straight forward. I cannot thank him enough and if I need any further help he will be the first person I will go to.

We had an initial consult and I was very impressed with Travis's knowledge, quick mind and logical approach.
