This process was quick and simple. Kertchen Law handled all the details for me. I didn't even have to go to court to have my gun rights restored. I didn't think this day would ever be a reality. Kertchen Law did everything they said they would do.

I screwed up & went with another lawyer first, & after weeks of nothing happening I retained Vitaliy also to have a juvenile matter sealed, & to get my firearm rights restored. Vitaliy, was able to do all of this in 2 weeks, even though he is extremely busy, & always returned my emails immediately, though he was a bit terse when I asked questions that were already on the FAQ PDF attached to his end of representation message. He asked me to leave a 5-star review for him, but I thought it would be prudent to wait until I actually received my CPL, & was able to buy a firearm successfully. All of this has happened now, about 3 months after the court ordered it, so I want to thank Vitaliy very much. Now that state law allows for more scrubbing of records I’m sure that I will employ him again. This guy is on top of it!
