I am very happy with Kertchen Law. I needed their help to vacate a conviction and restore my firearm rights from a mistake over 10 years old that's weighed on me for a long time. Almost the entire process was accomplished online; I never had to make phone calls, never had to visit their office (which is a drive and would require time away from work) and only had to send 1 letter with a money order for a specific portion, literally everything else was done online. The point? It doesn't get easier then this. The process was simple and painless and Vitaliy responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. If you are vacating a conviction or restoring your firearm rights, I HIGHLY recommend him. Plus, I did some price comparisons and he was less expensive then the others I checked into.

i thought id never legally own a gun so after 30 years of being good i looked into gun rights restored i thought yea right but i took the eligibility test very fast reply next day was told yes i am so i emailed Vitaliy Kertchen i asked how do you know u can get my rights restored his reply short but correct "because its my job to know" so took the plunge and chance wow $1000 is he real is this a scam ? so look up the law office after reading 100 + reviews i paid online waited signed a digital document for courts and low and behold less than 2 months later rights restored to test this i went and purchased a rifle after the 3 day waiting period i was approved hooray for Vitaliy Kertchen law and me picked it up today MANY THANKS Vitaliy Kertchen !!!
