I began the process of vacating my record and restoring my gun rights on Jan 12, 2021. Kertchen Law had my record vacated by Feb 10, 2021 and my gun rights restored by March 1, 2021. I highly recommend anyone who is trying to navigate to get these items completed to hire the office. I also did not have to do anything, they took care of all of this.

I don't know much about Mr. Vitaliy but I do know one thing he is a man of his word! He gave my wife and I a very fair price and the best attorney service I have ever had. believe me when I say that's alot THANK YOU for the for the professionalism, I have already referred people to him and more on the way. All you have to do is call, what have you got to lose? It only took around 60 days. Very expedient.

Contacted Kertchen law on 12/08/2020 about restoring gun rights. Signed a few documents, paid the fee, and by 02/06/2021 the process was complete and my guns rights were restored. Didn’t even have to appear in court! Very quick and responsive! Would recommend Kertchen law to anyone needing to restore gun rights.
