Exceptional service! Vitaliy made this so easy to take care of and get done. I haven't had my gun right since 2000 and have been putting it off on getting them back. I found Kertchen Law one day doing some research on getting my rights back and saw all the good reviews, so decided to reach out to them. They got back to me quick and answered all my question. I decided to use them and couldn't be happier. Vitaliy said it would take 90 days but it was done in a little over 60 days.

Super easy and reliable. This was taken care of during the pandemic so the timeline was longer than normal. I think it took us close to 12 weeks to complete, but that was only due to crazy closures of the courts for unknown amounts of time due to COVID restrictions. I'm honestly surprised this was still even doable during the pandemic. 100% recommend to anyone wanting to clear up past incidents that have maintained a good life since.

Getting my rights back is something I've wanted to do for so many years. Fortunately I had some friends that pointed me to Kertchen Law. This was such a simple process I am still amazed at how little of my personal time was needed. Honestly only took a few emails and about 10-15 minutes of my time. I would and already have recommend this law office. Its so easy, they do everything, the only regret I have is waiting as long as I did to go through with it.

I spent the last 13 years wondering if I would EVER get my rights back. After a quick Google search and a free consultation, I was signing paperwork to start the process. Kertchen and his team of amazing paralegals had my paperwork done, in front of a judge two whole MONTHS before their estimated time to completion.
