Both my roommate and I got into separate car accidents a few months apart last year. She went with a different group and I went with Park Chenaur and Associates. I was paired with Lola who was great. She was really great at communication and sending me updates. She helped me a lot since this was the first time I've had to do this sort of thing. They even sent me a birthday card this year as they were still working with me at the time. Lola was always good with getting back to me around the time she said she would and also emailed me a lot which was great since I let her know it was my preferred method of contact. My roommate wasn't satisfied with her group but I was super satisfied with Park Chenaur and Lola especially.
