Ms Fordham came highly recommended by my real estate agent, and it quickly became clear why. My partner and I were newly in the state of WA, which has quite a bevy of different property laws to navigate than other places we had lived and owned before. She not only quickly set us at ease with quick introduction of the landscape and great advice for our specific circumstances, but very kindly accommodated my quirky work schedule with a combo of emails and concise cell phone calls. I hired Inge to help me with a stressful boundary line issue involving neighbors. Everything about property law was foreign to me and I was overwhelmed by the unknowns. Inge was patient, knowledgeable and kind in answering my many questions. She was tenacious, professional and forthright in representing my interests to the other party's attorney. Ms Fordham has a mannerism that instantly puts you at ease. She is as sharp as a whip! She knows her stuff in construction and instantly can spot failures in construction with just a brief look at a picture. We had a contractor breathing down our neck nickle and dime-ing us (or trying to) with made up, trumped up charges. Ms. Fordham instantly cut through the clutter, addressed the issue and the contractor went from overly bold and demanding to apologizing on our doorstep in less than 1 hour, dropping all charges/billing. Ms Fordham is good people! she's honest, forthright and generous with her time. Tell me where you are going to find that in an attorney? We found it here with Inge. We now have an attorney for all of our construction consultation needs and evaluations of contract for construction. We now have an attorney we trust and can trust with our estate planning needs as well. We were looking for someone that can do all of that and feel so lucky to have found her. We used her for consulting for one instance and now will be hiring her for our construction and estate planning needs. We feel very lucky to have found her through AVVO!

I hired Ms. Fordham to help clear a title issue. As there was already a closing date, it was a time-critical issue. She was pleasant. She worked quickly. Emails were answered often within minutes. She outlined several possible resolutions and kept me informed of where we were in the process, explaining how/why approaches changed. She was honest and showed great integrity regarding billing. Should I ever need a property attorney I would happily work with her again.

Inge was a huge help to me getting a rural boundary situation sorted out, wading through a bunch of dense documents quickly and carefully. She was extremely clear in her response and helped me understand the situation better, as well as to know how to handle it. Honestly I have no words to describe her, she has been very professional all the way through. If you are trying to find a lawyer that will take care of you and win, please don't hesitate. I'm usually very skeptical about hiring someone and ask lots of questions but after our first conversation with Inge I found out she was the one. Highly recommended!

Inge did an amazing job walking us through the journey of receiving a gifted property. We acquired a piece of landlocked property in Pierce County and to gain access meant obtaining cooperation and signatures of 29 DIFFERENT PEOPLE to give us access rights over the private road. Yes, 29. There were many complexities with this property and others had unsuccessfully attempted this feat in the past - so we were quite nervous about a long, drawn out legal battle. Inge not only knows her stuff, but handled the logistics of communicating with, gathering information from and dealing with others' and their attorneys so well. We now have a recorded easement with needed access rights and she was somehow able to keep us out of a law suit/courtroom situation! She works really hard and was great keeping us informed of our options and progress. It was obvious that she was very cognizant of using her time (and our retainer funds) in the most efficient way possible. If you need a hard-working, knowledgeable bulldog of an attorney to help with real estate issues, she's definitely your gal! I'll certainly seek her out for any other issues in the future.

As a new homeowner, I ran into a serious issue with one of the tradesman on my project, potentially not being able to recoup nearly 20k.
