Where do I start? We came to Inge Fordham not knowing what to look for or where to start after losing our dear cousin unexpectedly. She took the reigns by the hand and guided us through the probate and what ended up being quite an intense ordeal. Beings there was no will it was complicated. She assured us and we were able to get through unscathed. We feel, after the long ordeal, that we have closed with the knowing that we would not give a second thought to hiring Inge for any legal advise or battle we come up with. Inge is very knowledgeable and yet compassionate in her ability as a lawyer. She kept us calm and reassured us through it all. Inge helped us with an easement agreement for retaining wall repairs requiring access through a neighbor's property. She went the extra mile in researching, interpreting, and advising us, given complications associated with the property line, topography, and history of land use between the abutting plots. Inge was thoughtful and clear in every interaction.

Inge helped with my Grandfather’s Estate when he passed away. She was able and willing to step in right away. She helped me as the executor of the Estate to follow his Will. Inge has awesome communication skills, timely and very respectful. My family has also recently hired her to complete our Wills. We just adore her and will definitely send her referrals.

We needed help with a quit claim deed. I am not in the real estate business so I had no idea what to do. Inge, on the other hand, knew exactly what to do and helped me get everything taken care of quickly and easily. She made sure everything was filled out properly and submitted to the right people. Everything was smooth and simple. I could not have done it without her help.

Inge and her Office ROCK. We were getting no where with a roofing company that did shoddy work! I contacted other Attorneys to try to help us, and we’re told sorry. Inge hit the ball out of the park. When we came to Inge it was not our first step in our process to resolve an issue with a contractor who had damaged our home. She was so professional and knew the ins and outs of what we were navigating. She made the process easier for us, always clearly explaining our options and respecting our decisions for how to proceed. She handled the matter quickly. I wish we had found her earlier on. She was generous with her time and made herself available outside of business hours. We were able to collect money for damages and resolved everything with little stress on our end. I would hire her and refer her to anyone I know.

Inge visited our house and looked at the negligence that was the basis of our complaint. Inge was not overly hopeful about a positive outcome, but clearly communicated with us our options and we hired her to pursue our claim. There was a period of time where we did not here from her, but that made it a truly pleasant surprise that we were receiving a financial settlement. In hindsight, I believe that the period of silence was just the claim slowly working its way to where it needed to go. I loved that she was practical, realistic and honest - not falsely positive or give us unrealistic expectations. I also believe that she truly knows what needs to be done and how to go about it. I feel lucky to have had her represent us.

We’re a local builder in snohomish county. Awhile ago when needing an attorney, I googled firms in the area. Luck must of been on my side when blindly calling numbers out of the phone book.
