Me and My wife returned to the states after living abroad, and needed to get her a green card. Gustavo explained the process, and any pitfalls that we might encounter. He handled everything in a surprisingly painless process. His experience and expertise was amazing. The timelines he gave us were exactly what the government did. Gustavo is an excellent attorney , from the second 1 that we hired him he made us feel super calm we were worried because we were going to get married and I had overstayed my J1 visa , he did all the paperwork and process with USCIS,he was always in contact with us and solving any doubts we had , my husband is an US citizen and I am from Mexico, Gustavo speaks English and Spanish 100% which was a lot of help, after 14 months of applying my change of status I got my green card. So happy with the results .
