Not thourough. Does not listen. Tells ridiculous anecdotes to ease your mind while ignoring your case. Will throw you under the bus and take your money. In our opinion, if you value your property and land, do not hire this man.

Due to time consuming, I hired realtor and rent out my home. After this, my tenants and I had unexpected legal problem because of the both of realtors' ethical violation. Attorney Harper solved my legal problem quickly and efficiently. I could not have hoped for a better result. He had a thorough knowledge of the law; I was impressed by the lawyer's expertise & integrity. He will be one of my role model when I start my rehab center in WA. Blessings,

Seemingly nice man. But, when you're spending thousands of dollars fighting for your property, 'nice' is not what you need. If you have a land issue (easment or otherwise) this is not your man.

I came to Joseph for landlord- tenant related legal issue. I walked away with a wonderful experience. He understood my needs and helped me every step of the way. He is always available for my phone calls and questions. He provides solid effective advice to guide me through the legal process. He is simply one of the best lawyer for landlords or real estate investors. I will definitely come back for real estate related legal service in the future.

Extremely poor service. We had a small issue regarding an easement. on the initial consultation he told me that our neighbors contention is "ridiculous" and he will prepare a response to the letter we had received. However instead of preparing a response to the neighbors lawyer, he prepared a letter addressed to me saying that i have 3 options.......first is to follow the instructions in the neighbors letter, second was to ignore the letter and third was to go to court. he then sent me a bill for $400 for this pathetic advice. Why do i need to hire a lawyer to give me this advice to do nothing. Instead of writing a response to the letter we had received, his letter was addressed to me giving me his brilliant 3 options. I had to hire another lawyer who drafted a response immediately and charged me way less than the $400 that Mr harper charged for useless advice. Beware as he does not declare any of these fees but then sends you a huge bill. I am not opposed to paying for a service. What i am upset about is the fact that he did not even prepare a response to the letter and still charged me a large amount. I would definitely suggest looking for another lawyer

Joe Harper represented us in a lawsuit filed by tenants. He listened to our story, he put together the arbitration info and laid out our case....and we won. He was honest, he did awesome research, knew what he was talking about and he didn't try to pull any games in arb...he just made his points. We are so very happy with him, his work and the outcome.

Lost my case due to Joe Harper's sarcastic, reckless behavior. He shows no code of responsibility and lacks integrity. His disregard for court procedures/judge just shows in his breech of professional behavior.

As a homeowner living abroad,it was a nightmare trying to evict our tenants until we hired Joseph Harper. It was the best decision we made! Joseph was patient and took the time to explain every step in the process. With his help we were able to get our tenant out quickly. The best part is we didn't have to deal with the tenants anymore.
