Online classes are affordable and very informative. If you want to learn something substantive you can share with others, including your clients, there is no better group of instructors in the business. Initial consultations ($150 or less) with an attorney are also affordable and informative.

I loves Anne Hartman's class, all of her real estate's life experiences' stories were so relatable to what we are going through and must more. Her class go in a nice pace and ease of understanding. They have provided great courses, very knowledgeable and good materials along with the class. Julie always send out the certificate right after. Highly recommended if anyone have the time and want to grant more knowledge on the Real Estate industry and about the law.
