Scott is a great lawyer with solid communication. He kept me informed every step of the way, got my ticket dismissed, and charges a very fair rate. Hopefully I won't be requiring his services, but if I do, I will 100% be using him again.

This is my first time hiring an attorney to handle a traffic infraction and Scott was really easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I didn't even have to attend the hearing and miss a day of work. He handled everything and my ticket was dismissed.

All the reviews that I read were positive so I decided to have Scott fight my speeding ticket. I live in Pierce County, since our state hasn’t fully enacted the voter-approved I-976 $30 car tabs from Nov ‘19 yet I didn’t have registered tabs either. Scott defended and won my case, dismissing BOTH offenses. I never had to appear in court he took care of everything from start to finish. Updating me all along the way of progress. I definitely would recommend to every friend possible and will hire again in the future if necessary

I received a letter in the mail from Scott Moriarity offering his services in getting a recent speeding ticket removed from my record. I had never considered hiring an attorney for a traffic ticket, had always just paid my tickets and moved on, and thought maybe it was a sketchy thing. But after mentioning the letter to my family, they let me know that it was actually worth looking in to and a good way to take care of the ticket without it going on my record and affecting my insurance rates. I am very pleased to have gone this route. Mr. Moriarity was very easy to work with -- warm, professional, informative, and effective. I basically provided him with the ticket information and he took over from that point, providing regular updates and graciously allowing a payment plan up to the court date (at which I did not have to appear). Here I am, ticket free and confident that if I experience another case of lead-foot (I've gotten a lot better about that) I know where to turn. I highly recommend his services. ***After posting my own review I went through and read other reviews out of curiosity and saw that many others had experiences and thoughts very similar to my own, which would make me question the authenticity of so many five-star reviews. But I can assure you, this guy is legit :-)

I was very impressed with Scott Moriarity. I got a speeding ticket in Tacoma with radar gun, I live In salem but was out for work. A couple days later we get in the mail this person that says they can possibly take it off your record. Sounds too good to be true I did some of my own research, reading reviews from here. I gave a call, he picked up first time. Told him my situation and still skeptical, I ask about any extra fees and he says none. Proceeds to tell me how he goes about everything and he'll let me know when the date is set and that I won't have to be there for it. This is during the pandemic, so I'm sure this took way longer. Throughout the whole time, he always made sure to email me any changes or updates on anything. As time goes on. Finally a date is in place, he lets me know that he will tell me when he gets the police report. He emails me that he received it and that he thinks we have a good chance. He reassures me that i do not need to be there and he'll appear for me. It's the day of court. I get an email In it he says that he got them to dismiss it. Just like that, for a $320 Well worth the $40 by far. On top of everything, if he can't get it dismissed. Then you get your money back and just pay the ticket. So you literally don't lose any money for trying. I highly recommend Scott!! Super responsive ! Highly recommended! I wish he could clear all my speeding tickets in the Salem area.
