I was very pleased with Scott Moriarity. I had never went this whole route with a ticket before and wasn't even suggested to go to this person. I mean let's face it; we get the ticket, then a couple days later we get in the mail this person that says they can possibly take it off your record. Sounds too good to be true, so we just pass it off and pay. Doing some research, reading reviews from here and looking up on Reddit. I gave a call, he picked up first time. Told him my situation and still skeptical, I ask about any extra fees and he says none. Proceeds to tell me how he goes about everything and he'll let me know when the date is set and that I won't have to be there for it. This is during the pandemic, so I'm sure this took way longer. Throughout the whole time, he always made sure to email me any changes or updates on anything. As time goes on. Finally a date is in place, he lets me know that he will tell me when he gets the police report. He emails me that he received it and that he thinks we have a good chance. He reassures me that i do not need to be there and he'll appear for me. It's the day of court. On my break I see a voicemail message. In it he says that he got them to dismiss it. Just like that, from almost a $300.00 ticket and more for my insurance to about $20.00 more and i get saved on insurance and it's off my record. Well worth the $20.00, by far. On top of everything, if he can't get it dismissed. Then you get your money back and just pay the ticket. So you literally don't lose any money for trying. I highly recommend Scott!! Super responsive and polite, he's very on top of his work. Wish I knew him personally, because he seems like a great guy, personality alone. "Don't knock it til you try it."

Scott is the best. He is a class act. I’ve used him more than once and I’ve enjoyed a 100% success rate with him. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. Highly recommend.

Scott took care of some minor traffic infractions and followed up with me when he had gotten it dismissed it called me to let me know. His services were worth the money by far.

I may or may not have been speeding, but when I got my ticket I called Scott and he took it from there. I didn't have to take a day off work for court because his office handles everything! I could not be happier with the results. There's no ticket on my record and there was no stress about missing the court date.

Scott is the best. His services are a little pricey, but money well spent. He got our ticket dismissed outright, and our insurance isn't going to be going up... so really, in the long run, he is saving us money. I wish I could give him 6 stars.

I was in a horrible accident at the end of December. I received a ticket in the mail weeks later. I also received a letter from Scott Moriarity. I almost ignored the letter, boy I am glad I didn't. Scott was able to get my ticket dropped, which not only helped by not having the ticket on my driving record but also helped the insurance company with the percentage of fault put on myself in the accident. Whatever you do DO NOT IGNORE that letter. It can make a huge difference you.

I had got a speeding ticket w/ the radar gun back in Dec 2019 i received a letter from Scott’s law firm shortly after and decided to contact & I’m so happy I did.. Scott was very professional, confident made me feel very comfortable to put my trust into him.. stayed in contact the whole time informed me what was going on I didn’t have to do anything, just recently got the email from Scott saying my ticket was dismissed and OMG was I happy! Saved me from a lot! If I ever get any other tickets I will definitely be using Scott’s services again hands down he’s the best would recommend you won’t be disappointed
