Scott Moriarty recently got my speeding ticket discharged in Pierce County court. After I was cited, I was contacted by Scott via snail mail... it turns out he researches and pays for lists of people who have been sighted and then offers his services to get the ticket discharged. Scott charged me $300.00 payable in advance, which his paralegal took over the phone via credit card and guaranteed that if we lost the case, it would be refunded 100%. Prior to paying, Scott took the time to talk to me over the phone and explain his strategy and plan of attack and guarantee. While his fee was more than the the fine, I was concerned about my insurance premiums and driving record. After I paid his fee, Scott did everything: filed appropriate paperwork, and appeared in court on my behalf and he updated me via phone at each step of the process with dates and information as it came in. Ultimately, Scott was successful in getting my ticket fully dismissed, the process lasted about 2 months from the time I was cited to the formal court date and dismissal, and that is more of a function of the judicial scheduling system than anything else. Scott called me with the good news and provided me a copy of the court dismissal via e-mail. Scott was courteous and professional and transparent and I will be retaining his number for future use. I highly recommend him.
