Serah was a pure angel in getting my husband to the States from the Caribbean. She made the process as headache free as possible and she really knew her stuff! Everything she said would happen did and when she said it would. A very carefree process working with her!

He handled it well, my ticket was dismissed. He is confident in his skills, you ( at least for my ticket) only pay if he wins.

Best choice I could have made! I had a speeding ticket and I just needed to call Scott's office and give them the details and they took care of everything. They kept me updated as to what was happening and the end result was the dismissal of my ticket! I will definitely be calling again if/when I get another ticket!

This was my first experience using this sort of service and it was phenomenal. I had one phone call with Scott where we discussed the ticket and he explained how the whole process works and why he was confident that he could successfully get it dismissed. My presence wasn't required at court and I did not need to provide any input along the way, Scott handled everything. The next I heard from him was the day of the court date when he called and emailed me to let me know he had successfully had my ticket dismissed. 10/10 experience and if I ever have need for this service again Scott Moriarity is my first call.

Scott Moriarty knows his stuff. My speeding ticket was dismissed. I bet the judges hate it when he shows up to court instead of Joe Q Public. I can't recommend him enough. If Scott can't beat your ticket, maybe rethink your driving habits? Scott knows his stuff.
