I had a Divorce and custody battle. I worked with Jada Wood. she was very professional and made sure she had all evidence before going into the courtroom. She also made sure her papers were clean and un questionable. Will recommend them over and over again.

My partner was a client of Jada. Every time a matter in the case came up I could see my partner become distressed and overwhelmed with questions. He would email her and she would get back to him either by phone or email within hours. I cannot express in words the difference she made by being so available, accessible, and transparent. I looked forward to when my partner would meet with her because she was entirely invested in his case and the weight became lighter. Absolutely recommend for any client! Family law case here. I spoke with 4 different attorneys before coming here - wish I would have been here sooner. Jada Woods was my attorney. Not only was she professional and competent but she is invested in all of her client's cases. From the time I entered the building, my goals became their goals! My ex's attorney has 30 years in experience and Jada out-performed him at hearings and negotiations so she can hang with the best of them. She is a problem solver and hard worker. She answered my emails day or night and she alleviated my concerns by giving me the real deal. We fought tooth and nail so that I could have half the time with my child and she was totally invested the entire time! Don't let her affordable fee fool you, she is a high performing lawyer. It doesn’t matter if you’re going through a very simple, a very challenging or something in the middle type of divorce. Whether you have a lot of money to spend or a little money to spend on a attorney. Whether their from a large firm or from a small firm. Whether their bar number is low or high. What would you rather have in your corner, someone that is going to go through the motions & charges you a bunch of money? Or would you rather have someone that is going to listen to your reasoning, explanation & situation of the life changing event that you happen to be going through? Jada & company genuinely care about their clients. Lord knows how much I wanted to give up & give my ex wife everything & not look back! But, with the support & confidence in Jada & her staff. I am beyond grateful for a more than generous division of property that I was awarded! Now, the only downside to which is also a good thing for Jada Woods & Dorothy Bartholomew firm is they only deal with Family Law & Bankruptcy Claims or I would recommend hiring them to for any type of justice issue & I do mean any type! I was hired her mom(Dorothy) for bankruptcy. It went fine. Also, I was hired her daughter(Jada wood) for child custody and She gave it up. I researched about her lil bit. Jada wood was restaurant waitress and her mom was an attorney for bankruptcy. She decided to go for law school and now acting like a experienced attorney but not enough experience. Look up her bar number! Really entry level. I recommended for bankruptcy but not recommended for family law!!!!!!!!! - CB

Dorothy is wonderful! They take the time to make you feel comfortable and they are very knowledgeable and professional!
