Great service, lots of care in dotting the i's and crossing the t's.

I have been working with Mark Ditton and this guy is out standing and very knowledgeable. He knows what he is doing and he knows how to make sure you understand the process before it is done. I always thought about filing but I was so embarrassed and could not make up my mind or not if this was the best option for me, after getting in touch with this outstanding guy I could not have made the best decision to start over with my credit. Excellent communication between clients and staff, fast responses, and many years of experience is what you get when you hire Tom McAvity's office to handle your bankruptcy. Declaring bankruptcy is demoralizing and all the paperwork you go through can be quite intimidating.
