Horrible customer service and communication. The only kind and understanding person I spoke with was, Pam, from the intake department— that’s why i gave two stars. After that, paralegals are assigned— I was told I wouldn’t be able to talk to an attorney until 4 weeks after intake in order for paralegals to have time to process case, but if I requested one they could schedule it.. very weird system and a clear disconnect from individuals dealing with stress, trauma, and anxiety from an accident. My paralegal, Monica, didnt know how to relate nor talk to people— it was like i was bothering her if i had a question, and she was very short and tended to over talk me during the few times I spoke with her. The last straw was pulled which was at the two weeks mark, I had to hang up on Monica and report her…They then moved me to her supervisor, another paralegal, Alma, as my new point person , she was kind and more willing to discuss case… but she informed me that some paper work wasn’t submitted to my insurance and they had to submit it again. I cancelled terms with them and found a more attentive and accessible attorney. If you’re like me and need assurance through frequent check-ins to demonstrate things are moving to maintain peace your peace— DO NOT hire them. You’ll be treated like a case, and not an actual person.
