Outstanding service that totally beats my expectation. Very detailed oriented and know how to negotiate with the insurance companies. Yemi and Sue were helping me.

They seemed interested, then when they took the case I heard nothing for months and then they finally get a number and it's low. I kept telling the lawyer what I wanted but he just dismissed what I wanted then continued to tell me what would be expected amount but it was wrong and he said it was gonna be lower for sure so lied to me by telling me the expectation area for this case. Then I wanted to go to litigation but he did not want to go so he kept advising me not to and then I was fearful he want to try in court at all so I said no because he would just rack up more bills and I would lose out.I felt I had to take the bad settlement because the Lawyer's would just make it where I got I ran the negative losing money. So in the end I feel that this law firm was not for me they were only going for themselves the quick cash whatever they want could get easy. Anyone thinking of going I would not advise you.

Started out great. Thought they were building my case and doing everything that they should to help you but the lady working my case must not take notes cause I have done all the leg work to give them information. The only thing they have done so far is leave me voicemail with not my information but about someone else case. Then after I have told the lady working on my case she asking about my employer for the wages. Idk why you can't get a hold of our employers when all you have to do is call them? I'm not really sure what they are doing at this point! I just want this to be over! Been waiting for almost a year now.

Atty Wardell performed above expectation on 3 separate issues for me, in a very professional and timely manner. Eliminating my stress with achieving a reduction in penalties and charges with acceptable results.
