I was involved with a family member to update their Trust, and Jenny + her entire staff were wonderful to work with! They carried us through the process easily, helped us decide what was truly important by giving us the facts of pros vs cons vs neutral impacts on the estate. We appreciated the ease of a very complicated estate, and the thoroughness and review process provided. Since we live further down South, we were grateful for the zoom calls so we only had to come into the office twice to sign. The team provided us with great resources in passing along intergenerational knowledge and wisdom, along with the ability to craft a goodbye letter to those left behind. It was a compassionate rational process made easy by the efficiencies of the staff. I'm glad Jenny will be keeping a review of the Trust as laws change.
