I've had the privilege of working with Emily Gause. She's tenacious, intelligent, articulate, and driven to succeed for her clients. I refer complex criminal cases to her from my practice because I know she takes every client seriously, listens to their case, and is driven to create the best outcome for them. Hands down, an incredible attorney and an honor to know her.

I consulted Ms. Gause via phone from afar (we don't live in the same city/county) for advice on sealing a civil anti-harassment order and her generosity and assistance to me with the filing and the process were the SOLE reason my Motion to Seal was granted by the Court. The Court Clerk herself said she doubted it would be granted, (and gave me other misinformation), but Emily pointed out the Clerk's errors, encouraged me all the way, and we prevailed! Ms. Gause also helped me win my case by telling me EXACTLY what to focus on during oral argument, and it worked flawlessly--the Court Commissioner said he was impressed with my pro se presentation. DO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE THIS WOMAN IF YOU WANT TO WIN YOUR CASE, OR HAVE THE BEST SHOT AT DOING SO.

Ms. Gause is that rare and necessary mix in an attorney: professional and compassionate. I hired her to address an outstanding warrant from my past. I was frightened, scared, and dealing with the trauma from being in an abused relationship, and Ms. Gause kindly walked me through the necessary steps we would take to address my warrant and resolve me case. Despite having the warrant for many years, Ms. Gause was able to negotiate the quashing of my warrant and complete dismissal of my case. Additionally, Ms. Gause was able to negotiate with the courts for me to appear telephonically (I lived out of the state and as a college student found traveling to be beyond my finical means). Ms. Gause kept me informed during the procedure and arranged for partial deferment of her costs. I am so grateful that I heard about Ms. Gause and hired her. One could not ask for a better representative, a representative who cares about her clients and their futures.
