In 2019 I received a notice from Estate Recovery group of Washington DSHS. Because of my husband’s age, his illness, and our healthcare, it was quite shocking that they were seeking to recover funds. At that point, I had already been looking for a lawyer to set up a trust for our adult children, one of whom has special needs. Three days prior to my appointment, I sent all the information regarding the estate recovery to June Weppler. When I arrived at her office, she had already resolved the problem. Setting up the trust, June demonstrated excellent legal knowledge as well as wisdom and care. She is an amazing lawyer. My father was having some complications with his care and June was recommended to assist us through the Medicaid/medicare process.
