Worked closely with Chris on an international Acquisition and merger with my company and and a buyer in New Zealand. Chris was clear, concise and responsive to our questions and needs. The deal went through and I can honestly say, it would not have done so in a timely manner without Chris and his assistance and manner. Highly recommended
