At times she would call to check in, check my progress and get updates on my physical status, doctor's appointments etc. Yes, she was hired to represent me, but with each contact I felt more like I was touching base with a well trusted friend! Carrie is extremely professional, very intelligent, well educated, but most of all...very real. She genuinely cares, and she worked very hard on my behalf to see to it that my best interest was always at the forefront of our conversations. I especially appreciated that I never felt pushed to action. She explained the laws, how they applied to my injuries and ongoing care. I never felt lost in the system, which so often happens in dealing with insurance companies. I can't imagine having to negotiate with the insurance companies without her knowledge and assistance!
